Summer School Registration Form   -  Due by June 16th at noon

June 19th – July 21st  8 am to noon Monday-Friday

Remediation Courses (Fre this year) consist of course work that is remediation of a course that was taken and failed during the school year. Courses will be suggested by your guidance counselor.

Acceleration courses ($150 per ½ credit) may be available on an individual need basis.  Students must work with their guidance counselor and building principal to obtain authorization to enroll in a course for credit acceleration.

*Summer School will be closed on Tuesday July 4 in recognition of the July 4th holiday.

Where do I obtain the registration forms?
 
What about transportation?
Transportation to and from Remediation Summer School is the responsibility of the student and/or parent(s).
 
Math Classroom Sessions
Math courses will be 8:00 am to 10:00 am and 10 to noon (depending on enrollment numbers), Monday through Friday at JS Wilson Middle School. 
Attendance is mandatory.
 
CYBER Sessions
For CYBER-based courses the students can either work at home or attend a supervised lab.
Lab Location:  JSW Library
A supervised lab will be made available to students Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at JSW.
Attendance is strongly recommended.
 
Rules and Regulations
Students are subject to dismissal for misbehavior or violation of school policy, which may result in dismissal from summer school with no refund.  Usually we follow the practice of three strikes and you are out (removed from summer school).  More severe violations may lead to immediate dismissal.
 
Remediation Course Requirements/Information
All Remediation Summer School students are encouraged to work at their own pace.  Students may work longer hours and complete more work so that they can finish their course work in less than five weeks.  Five weeks is the maximum length of summer school.  All course work and final exams need to be completed by noon on July 21st.
 
Infinite Campus
Attendance, Grades and Reports Cards are available on Infinite Campus.  Report cards will not be mailed.
